Checkout as a new customer
Creating an account has many benefits:
This Policy applies if you wish to return goods to us for any reason. The applicable rules will depend on the reason for your return, as outlined below.
We understand that purchasing car parts can sometimes be challenging, so we aim to keep our Returns Policy as clear and simple as possible.
We offer free returns on all orders, regardless of the reason for return. Whether you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong part, or the item doesn't fit your vehicle as expected, we'll cover the cost of returning it to us.
How to Request a Return
To request a return for unwanted and unused goods — including parts that are not correct for your vehicle, and including where you are a consumer exercising your right of cancellation — please contact our Customer Service team:

Please always include:
· Your order number
· The reason for return
· Your vehicle registration number
Condition of Returned Goods
All returned goods must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. This requirement also applies to items for which we have provided fitment advice.
For clarity, this means:
· The item must be unused
· No grease, petrol, diesel, oil, or any other substance on the product or box
· Nothing written on or stuck to the branded box
· All packaging must be as new, with seals intact
· No marks indicating attempted fitment to a vehicle
· Goods returns must match the items listed on our order confirmation
If you are a consumer:
· We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods if this has been caused by any handling of them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. This may mean that returned goods not in their original condition have a value of zero which would result in no refund being payable.
· Packaging does not have to be as new or original but we may charge you for any damage to the returned goods resulting from inadequate packaging.
Timeframe for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery to be eligible.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the goods and process your refund within 14 days (refunds are usually processed within 48 hours). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged Goods
If the goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery so that it is returned to us. If this occurs, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible:

If you discover damage after opening the parcel, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours from delivery, providing your order number and reason for return. We will then advise you on the next steps.
Faulty Goods
We hope you never experience an issue with your order; however, if a problem arises, we are here to help.
Please contact our Customer Service team via email at [email protected] or via live chat. We will assist you through our warranty process. If possible, please include:
· Your vehicle registration number
· A brief description of the issue
This will help us resolve your query as efficiently as possible. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (see Clause 9 in particular). As stated in the Terms and Conditions, the choice of remedy remains at our sole discretion.
For full information on our Returns Policy, please see (in particular) clauses 7 (Cancellation, Returns and Refunds), 8 (Damaged Goods) and 9 (Faulty Goods) of our Terms and Conditions. If there is any difference between the Terms and Conditions and this Returns Policy document, the Terms and Conditions will prevail.
